In order to get everyone taken care of this tax season we need to remind you of the following items:

Tax Return Processing:  Understanding all of your tax information is critical and many of us have different preferences for the method of exchange of information. We do our best to address each situation and preference, but it is a challenge to monitor and administer all the processes of exchange utilized from email to portal upload, to drop off and mailed in documents. Please be patient, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Multiple emails or calls to the office to check on your status just causes more of a backlog. Furthermore, all calls, inquiries and questions must go through the front office administration for proper onboarding, scheduling and effective communication.  Please do not email or text Todd and expect your message to be answered.

Note we now have 3 Administrative Personnel allocated to the administrative process of client communication, onboarding and service, so please utilize the administrative staff. 

When you come to your appointment (by phone, zoom or Microsoft Teams), payment is expected at that time.  We can not file returns until signature and payment arrangements are made.
